Residential Burglary

The Barrington Hills Police Department is actively investing a residential burglary to a home under construction.  The burglary took place sometime on November 18, 2009 in the early morning hours in the area of Berron Lane and Juliano Court.

After entry to the unalarmed and unoccupied home was gained, four furnaces and three air conditioning units were removed.  Anyone with information that may aid in this investigation is asked to contact the Department’s Investigation Division at 847-551-3006.

Chief Michael Murphy and the Barrington Hills Police Department strongly encourage residents to always use an alarm system when available and make use of the Department’s House Watch Program when away from home.
