Residential Burglary

The Barrington Hills Police Department is actively investigating a Residential Burglary which took place in the afternoon of July 6, 2009, in the area of Brinker Road and Otis Road.

Entry to the home is believed to have been gained through an unlocked door.  The offender removed a silver set and jewelry. Anyone with information that may aid in this investigation is asked to contact the Department’s Investigations Division.

All residents are reminded to lock all doors and windows when leaving home and if available, utilize alarm systems.  If leaving for vacation or an extended period of time, we encourage you to utilize the Department's House Watch Program.
