2010 Police Department Open House

On Sunday, August 29th, between 11:00 a.m. and 2 p.m., the Barrington Hills Police Department will host its 8th annual open house. The focus of this year’s event is community awareness” and therefore much of the information distributed and many of the demonstrations held will support this theme.

Some of the highlights of the day include electronic fingerprint / ID system for kids, “It’s Time to Call 911” child education, pet identification micro-chipping ($15 per animal, limited to chips on hand), the Cook County Bomb Squad, National Guard Display, K9 demonstration, and many other interesting items!
