NENA Conferences, Standards related to Emergency 911 and advanced technologies to improve public
safety with landline, wireless and new Voice over Internet technology user handsets and distress signals from
vehicles called telematics. Bob Kosin, Chief Murphy of Barrington Hills Police Department and Chief Arie of
Countryside Fire Protection District have been invited to address an audience at the Illinois Institute of
Technology Fourth Annual Voice over the Internet Conference, October 23, 2008 in Wheaton, Illinois.
